The is a legacy tool (circa 2009–2012) for creating a patched IOS to run old homebrew. You should not use it today on a standard Wii unless you are following a very old tutorial. Instead, use the d2x cIOS Installer (for USB loading) or rely on modern Homebrew Channel’s built-in AHBPROT (which gives full hardware access without needing IOS236).
