Ethically: No. Piracy hurts the craftspeople who made this film—the stunt coordinators, the editors, and McQuarrie himself. Critically: Yes, the film is worth your time. But find it on Amazon Prime (where the sequel Jack Reacher: Never Go Back also lives) or buy a used Blu-ray. The film’s sound design and cinematography deserve more than a compressed bootleg.
