Apple’s macOS does not natively support DisplayLink. You must download the latest DisplayLink Manager app. Without this, your external monitors connected to the D501 will remain black.

Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) or Thunderbolt to enable external monitors.

It doesn’t exist as a standalone download because it isn’t necessary.

Use the included USB Type-C cable to connect your laptop to the specific USB-C port located on the side of the dock; this is the designated port for host connectivity.
