Spider Man Freshman Year Link

The most immediate distinction of Freshman Year is its placement in the timeline. While the MCU’s Peter Parker was a sophomore in high school during his debut, this series takes place during his first year. We are going back to the absolute start. However, Marvel Studios has been clear that this is not a prequel to the Tom Holland films in the traditional sense. Instead, it exists as an animated canon adjacent to the MCU, utilizing the concept of the multiverse to tell a story that could have happened, branching off from a key moment in history.
