Version 5.62 had a notorious bug regarding NAND block verification. It would often report "Write Error" on perfectly good chips. Version 5.65 fixed the verification timing without introducing the aggressive timeouts found in 5.67. In short, 5.65 rarely fails mid-flash, which is critical because a failed flash on a bootloader means a dead phone.
