Pre-rendered videos (FMVs) are often encoded at 30 FPS or 15 FPS. Forcing 60 FPS breaks them. Fix: This is unavoidable with some games. The best workaround is to press the Tab key (which disables the frame limit) during the cutscene, then press Tab again when gameplay resumes.
