[extra Quality]: Adobe Universal Patcher 2017

Unlike keygens (key generators) that created fake serial numbers for older, perpetual versions of Adobe CS6 or earlier, the 2017 patcher targeted the new online authorization system. It worked by intercepting and disabling the network calls Adobe products made to verify subscription status. Specifically, it patched the amtlib.dll file—the Adobe Licensing Library—which is the dynamic link library responsible for checking if your Creative Cloud app was legitimately activated.

Some versions of the patcher included a routine to automatically create inbound/outbound firewall rules to block Adobe’s background update and validation services (e.g., Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service ).
