In the list, choose Waste ink pad counter (or “Ink pad counter” or “Protection counter”).
The Adjustment Program resets this counter to zero, allowing you to continue printing. It does physically clean or replace the pad; it simply tricks the printer into thinking it is new.
When the software requests, turn off your printer, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on.
