As of December 31, 2020, Adobe officially discontinued support for Flash Player. Because HP Solution Center 14.0 was built entirely on the Flash platform, the software ceased to function correctly on modern operating systems. HP stopped supporting the Solution Center years prior, but the final nail in the coffin was the removal of Flash from Windows.

A: HP Solution Center 14.0 was designed for printers manufactured between 2007 and 2012. If your printer is newer than 2013, it will not work. If your printer is older, install the printer driver before running the Solution Center installer.
