The 4K releases are based on the 1997 Special Editions and subsequent tweaks. Greedo still shoots first (sort of). The "Jedi Rocks" musical number is still in Return of the Jedi . For fans hoping for a 4K scan of the 1977 unaligned cut, Lucasfilm has not produced it.

However, the 4K versions do remove one infamous error: In the 2011 Blu-ray, Darth Vader shouted "No... No!" at the end of Return of the Jedi . In the 4K version, that audio glitch is (thankfully) gone, leaving Vader’s silent redemption intact. The 4K releases are based on the 1997
