In the digital age, we often take access for granted. With a few taps on a screen, we believe any song, remix, or rare B-side ever created is instantly available. But for fans of synthesizers, drum machines, and experimental soundscapes, the reality is far different. Much of electronic music’s history exists on warped vinyl, corroded DAT tapes, long-defunct Geocities pages, and hard drives that haven’t been powered on since the Clinton administration.
