Kerio VPN uses either proprietary KVNP (Kerio VPN Protocol) or IPsec over UDP/TCP. Many corporate firewalls or home routers have aggressive UDP session timeouts. If the UDP stream is idle for too long (or if the router's NAT table fills up), the connection drops, triggering Error 28201.
