Can you update the DVR through the XMEye phone app? The XMEye mobile app only views footage. It does not have the bandwidth or security protocol to flash the DVR's BIOS. You must use a monitor connected directly to the DVR or the Web Browser interface (via Internet Explorer/Chrome Plugin).
