Vevrier -2011- | Villa

Villa Vevrier was the physical embodiment of this aesthetic. Located in a region often described as a hidden gem (depending on the traveler’s account, situated somewhere between the rugged isolation of the Auvergne and the gentle slopes of the Morvan), the villa was less of a hotel and more of a mood. It wasn't about five-star service or butlers in white gloves. In 2011, Villa Vevrier was about the feeling of crisp cotton sheets, the smell of old books in a library that hadn't been dusted in a week, and the sound of gravel crunching underfoot as you walked through the gardens.

This microclimate allowed for the production of a vintage characterized by "startling clarity," a sensory profile that mirrors the architectural transparency of the villa itself. Design and Interior Philosophy Villa Vevrier -2011-
