The (Church Slavonic: Требникъ великій ) is a liturgical book of the Byzantine Rite used by Orthodox and Eastern Catholic Churches (particularly among Slavic traditions: Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, and Rusyn). Its title derives from the Old Slavonic root treba (need/requirement), indicating it is the Book of Needs .
