The PS3 natively supports generic Bluetooth HID controllers. Go to "Accessory Settings" -> "Manage Bluetooth Devices" -> "Register New Device." Put the 8718 in pairing mode. It will appear as "Wireless Controller." The PS button will act as the Home button. No Sixaxis motion controls.
