Ip Man 4 Mongol Heleer Uzeh
Ip Man, born in 1893 in Foshan, China, was a highly respected martial artist and teacher. He was known for his exceptional skills in Wing Chun, a traditional Southern Chinese martial art that emphasizes efficiency, economy of motion, and fluid footwork. Ip Man's teachings attracted many students, including the famous Bruce Lee, who would go on to popularize martial arts globally.
However, he arrives in the midst of a cultural war. The Chinese Martial Arts Association, led by Master Wan (played by Wu Yue), resents Bruce Lee for teaching Wing Chun to Westerners. They see it as a betrayal of tradition. Meanwhile, a racist U.S. Marine Corps instructor, Barton Geddes (Scott Adkins), believes that Karate is superior to all Kung Fu. When Ip Man steps into the Chinatown community to defend the honor of Chinese martial arts, he ignites a city-wide conflict that leads to a brutal, life-or-death fight on a Marine base.
