Since the label "AWM 20251" doesn't tell you who made the internal electronics, you have to do a bit of detective work. The driver you need depends entirely on the controller chip inside the USB head.
A: Boot into Safe Mode (hold Shift while clicking Restart). Uninstall the driver. Then, revert to a previous Windows restore point.
