Windows 7 Rdp 6.3 Update ⚡

This is actually a conflict between the RDP 8.1 client and newer security patches from 2018-2019 (CVE-2018-0886). The server side expects CredSSP version 5 or 6. Solution: On the Windows 7 client , install KB4493437 (April 2019 Security Update for CredSSP). Alternatively, on the remote server (temporarily, for testing only), set Group Policy: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Credentials Delegation > Encryption Oracle Remediation to Vulnerable .
