Sometimes .anydesk is just a wrapped MP4. Try renaming the file to .mp4 and playing it. If that fails, use FFmpeg:

AnyDesk stores session recordings in a proprietary format, which is only playable within the AnyDesk client itself. Because this format is encoded with the unique DT Codec rather than standard video containers, there is no official direct conversion tool or built-in "Export as MP4" feature available at this time.
