Braun offers a 2-year guarantee for the Type 4169 motor body from the date of purchase. The guarantee excludes wear parts (blending shaft seal, whisk gear). For service, contact your local Braun authorized service center. Do not attempt to open the motor body — there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
