Aquarium 3 [portable] | Sim

A unique interactive feature of Sim Aquarium 3 is the zoom interface. Users are not locked into a single, wide-angle view of the tank. By moving the mouse cursor to the edges of the screen, the "camera" pans across the aquarium, allowing for close-up inspection of specific corals or the hiding spots of shy fish. This interactivity transforms the experience from a passive screensaver into an active exploration tool.

We are currently stress-testing the branch. We want pathogens that travel via nets, shared tools, and even your mouse cursor (clicking on a sick fish might contaminate the next tank you touch).

Where its predecessors felt like a "video game," Sim Aquarium 3 aspired to feel like a window. The goal was no longer just to show fish moving across a screen, but to simulate the complex ecosystem of a living reef.
