If Sonarr finds a release with x265 (+100) and no x264, the score is 100. It downloads it. If Sonarr finds a release with x264 (-50) and no x265, the score is -50. It waits for the "Grace Period" to end (usually 24-48 hours), and if a better one doesn't show up, it downloads the x264.
