Trainers are for single-player enjoyment only . They are a tool for fun, escapism, and experimentation. Using them in any lobby marked "No Cheat" or on ranked ladders is universally condemned.
For the purist, using a trainer is "cheating." But for many, especially solo players, the reasons are legitimate:
