Less is more. Do not install every creature mod available. Stick to one major creature overhaul (e.g., SkyTEST – Realistic Animals and Predators for AI and Creature Framework for skins). Overloading the script engine will inevitably lead to the notorious "ILS" (Infinite Loading Screen) or CTD.
