For pure controller functionality, Fusa GamePad wins hands down . Remote Joy Lite is better if you want to watch your PSP screen on a monitor, but it suffers from lag, making it poor for real-time input.

Open (or create) the GAME.txt file inside the seplugins folder. Add the following line: ms0:/seplugins/FusaGamePad.prx 1 (Note: If you are using a PSP Go, replace ms0 with ef0 ). Save the file.
