This is the number one culprit for F64 in Vaillant ecoTEC boilers. The boiler’s PCB expects to see a signal from the water pressure switch once the pump starts. If the pump is seized, slow, or electrically dead, the pressure switch never activates. The timer runs out → F64 appears.
