Use the new relationship indicators (the colored auras) to identify a weak "Yellow" truce between two empires. Drop a single plague-infected sheep on the border. The sheep will infect both sides. Because the game’s AI blames external disasters on neighbors, the truce will instantly break into the "Red" war state. It is a "sandbox" in the truest sense
