Maximum User Weight: 250 lbs (113 kg). Intended Use: Home consumer use only. Not for commercial or institutional use. Choking Hazard: Contains small parts. Keep away from children under 3 years. Supervision: Children under 12 should never use or be near the machine unsupervised. Teenagers must be supervised by an adult.
General Safety Rules:
Inspect before each use: Check all bolts, bushings, and resistance bands for fraying, cracking, or wear. Do not use if any band is damaged. Footwear: Wear clean, dry, closed-toe athletic shoes with non-slip soles. Clothing: No loose clothing, drawstrings, or jewelry that could catch in the mechanism. Environment: Use on a flat, level, hard surface (not carpet). Keep 6 feet of clearance on all sides. Hydration: Have water nearby. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or chest pain. 2. Product Overview & Components The Gravity Force Trainer uses variable hydraulic resistance (no weights) to create smooth, quiet, and joint-friendly motion. Main Components:
A. Base Frame: Steel, powder-coated, with rubber feet. B. Main Column: Vertical support arm. C. Resistance Cartridge: Twin hydraulic cylinders (non-adjustable internal valves). D. Swivel Seat: Padded, 360° rotation, locking pin. E. Adjustable Leg Hold-Down Rollers: Foam-padded. F. Foot Pedals (2): Textured rubber, independent movement. G. Handlebar (Static): For balance during seated knee raises. H. Moving Arm (Dynamic): Pivoting push/pull bar. I. Resistance Dial (on cylinder): 1 (Lightest) to 10 (Heaviest).

3. Assembly Instructions (Estimated time: 15-20 minutes) Tools required: Included Allen key (6mm) or standard metric socket set. Step 1: Unpack & Inventory Lay all parts on a protected floor. Verify against the parts list above. Step 2: Attach the Main Column to the Base

Step 3: Install the Handlebar
Slide the handlebar post into the top of the main column. Align to your preferred height (3 holes). Insert bolt and tighten. Note: Higher handlebar = more upright torso; lower handlebar = more forward lean.
